Sometimes we need additional support beyond what outpatient counseling can provide. Whether you’re looking for immediate crisis support, a local behavioral health resource, or information about a specific concern, the resources below may be helpful.
If you or someone you know is experiencing an emergency or is in immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis but are not in immediate physical danger, you can also contact the resources below for additional support.

Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare
Tri-County Behavioral Healthcare provides crisis services to individuals in Montgomery County and surrounding communities. Their 24-hour crisis hotline provides screening, support, intervention, and referrals. Their Psychiatric Emergency Treatment Center in Conroe also provides 24-hour crisis assessments and a Crisis Stabilization Unit.

Texas Health and Human Services provides a directory to help individuals identify the Local Mental Health or Behavioral Health Authority serving their county. These agencies can provide information about available community-based mental health services and crisis resources.

Their team can help you identify local providers, treatment programs, support groups, and other resources based on your needs and circumstances.
